The Southampton COPD group delivers bespoke education packages to primary care. We currently deliver lectures and training on:

Spirometry : Within practice training on the surgeries own spirometer to delivery and interpretation of pulmonary function tests. We can help also deliver level I-IV competencies as necessary

COPD NICE 2010 and COPD NICE quality standards: How to deliver NICE standards of care and treatment to your patients.

Exacerbation management: How to prevent, treat and manage acute exacerbations of COPD.

Provide nurse COPD diploma modules in conjunction with Respiratory Education UK

GP training to achieve GPSi level status in Respiratory Medicine
